Fitness Workout for Men
Just about everyone can benefit from weight-training, and research shows it not only improves strength, prevents osteoporosis, and eases anxiety and depression, but also that it increases insulin sensitivity, lowers blood pressure and body fat, and may help reduce the risk of certain diseases and illnesses.

We may have once lived in trees but since then we’ve lost all the upper body strength that helped keep us safe. This is a workout designed to address our deficiencies in that department. It may not quite make us capable of reclaiming our arboreal environment but at least the Upper Body Sculpt will make us feel like we could.

If you’re interested in strengthening your upper body muscles, this is just the workout for you.
