Metabolic Chest Blaster Workout

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other for one round. Once you are done, rest for 1 – 2 minute and repeat for 3 TOTAL ROUNDS

Dumbbell Push Ups 0:54
Close Grip Chest Press 1:09
Alternating Chest Press 1:26
Chest Flyes (with Legs Off The Ground) 1:39

NOTE: Anyone over the age of 16 can use this workout to help build their pecs and chest
