Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, hulled)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Method
 

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    Add strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, almond milk, and chia seeds (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend:
    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.Add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker, chilled smoothie.
  3. Serve:
    Pour into glasses and garnish with a few whole berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds, if desired.

Notes

  • For a sweeter smoothie, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours, though the texture is best when freshly blended.
