Ingredients
  

  • 🥜 1 cup natural peanut butter smooth and unsweetened
  • 🥥 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 🍯 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 🥄 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 🧂 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 🍫 Dark chocolate chips optional, for drizzle or topping

Equipment

  • Small baking dish (8x8 or loaf pan)
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

Mix the Ingredients:
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
Pour into the Pan:
  1. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in, spreading evenly.
Chill Until Firm:
  1. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm.
Slice and Serve:
  1. Remove from the pan, slice into squares, and enjoy immediately!
Optional Chocolate Drizzle:
  1. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge before chilling for extra indulgence.
