Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut water)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Method
 

  1. Blend Greens and Liquid:
    Add spinach, almond milk, and orange juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add Remaining Ingredients:
    Add avocado, banana, ginger (if using), chia seeds, and ice cubes.Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth.
  3. Serve:
    Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds or a lemon slice, if desired.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  • Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, shaking well before drinking.
