Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the Bananas:

Form Cookies:
  1. Scoop small portions (about 2 tablespoons each) and shape them into cookies.
  2. Place them on the baking sheet, flattening slightly.
Bake:
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Cool & Serve:
