Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    Add mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, and chia seeds (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend:
    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.Add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker, chilled smoothie.
  3. Serve:
    Pour into glasses and garnish with shredded coconut or a slice of fresh mango, if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut milk for a thinner smoothie or more mango for a thicker one.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but fresh is best!
