- 1 1/2 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe banana (peeled)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Combine Ingredients:Add mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, and chia seeds (if using) to a blender. Blend:Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.Add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker, chilled smoothie. Serve:Pour into glasses and garnish with shredded coconut or a slice of fresh mango, if desired.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut milk for a thinner smoothie or more mango for a thicker one.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but fresh is best!
