Ingredients
  

  • 🍫 8 oz 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 🌰 1/4 cup almonds chopped
  • 🥜 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans chopped
  • 🌻 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 🎃 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 🥥 1 tablespoon shredded coconut optional
  • 🧂 Pinch of sea salt
  • 🍯 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional for sweetness

Equipment

  • Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

Melt the Chocolate:
  1. In a small saucepan, melt dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. (Alternatively, microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.)
Spread on a Baking Sheet:
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate on top.
  2. Spread evenly into a thin layer using a spatula.
Add Toppings:
  1. Sprinkle chopped almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and sea salt evenly over the melted chocolate.
Chill Until Set:
  1. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
Break into Pieces & Serve:
  1. Once set, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • 🍓 Extra Flavor: Add dried fruit like cranberries or goji berries.
  • 🌰 Nut-Free Option: Use only seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame).
  • ❄️ Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • 🍯 Extra Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter bark, mix maple syrup into the melted chocolate.
