Melt the Chocolate:
- In a small saucepan, melt dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- (Alternatively, microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.)
Spread on a Baking Sheet:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate on top.
- Spread evenly into a thin layer using a spatula.
Add Toppings:
- Sprinkle chopped almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and sea salt evenly over the melted chocolate.
Chill Until Set:
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
Break into Pieces & Serve:
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces and enjoy!
