Refreshing Fruit Sorbets

Base Ingredients (For Any Sorbet):
- 🍓 3 cups frozen fruit of choice mango, berries, pineapple, or peaches
- 🍯 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave optional, for extra sweetness
- 🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
- 💧 1/4 cup cold water or coconut water as needed
Flavor Variations
Mango Sorbet: 🥭
- 3 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup coconut milk instead of water
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Berry Sorbet: 🍓🫐
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries or raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Pineapple Sorbet: 🍍
- 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
Blend Until Smooth:
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine frozen fruit, lemon/lime juice, and sweetener (if using).
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Serve Immediately or Freeze:
For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately.
For a firmer sorbet, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours before scooping.
