Equipment

Method

Blend Until Smooth:
  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine frozen fruit, lemon/lime juice, and sweetener (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Adjust Consistency:
  1. If too thick, add cold water (1 tablespoon at a time) until smooth.
Serve Immediately or Freeze:
  1. For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately.
  2. For a firmer sorbet, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours before scooping.
Garnish and Enjoy!
  1. Scoop into bowls and garnish with fresh mint, shredded coconut, or chopped fruit.

Notes

  • 🍯 Extra Sweetness: If using super-ripe fruit, skip the sweetener!
  • ❄️ Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month in the freezer.
  • 🥥 Creamier Texture: Add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut milk or yogurt.
  • 🍉 More Flavors: Try watermelon, kiwi, or mixed citrus sorbets!
